Shopping Basics

We do not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

To avoid this from happening, make an order ASAP!

  1. Check “My Orders” or click here.
  2. Check the most recent order. Is it the one you just placed?
  3. For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged, as your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us.

We reserve the right to cancel the order in all cases.

Self Shipment:
Additional costs may apply depending on the courier used, the weight of the return, and which country you are shipping from. Please ensure to check the transit time before submitting your return.

We have a ‘No Exchange or Reservation’ policy. If you would like to exchange any item, please make a return and place a new order or purchase.

Clearance & items discounted at more than 40% off are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please carefully check for the non-returnable remark on the product page, alongside reading the Terms and Conditions before you make your purchase.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and you’ll need access to a printer in order to complete your return.

Generally made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless:

  • The product you received does not match your order.
  • The product you received was damaged in transit(Video or photo recording is required during unboxing).
  • The received product cannot be used due to a mistake in making the product. This does not include the wrong use of the user himself, causing damage to the workpiece.

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unscratched with leather products.

If your order is faulty, contains missing or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

Remark: Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from the Site before using or relying on them. For all items packed in boxes, both the item and its box must be returned in its original conditions.

Return Conditions:

Online Orders: Your order is eligible for a full refund if your items are dropped off or postmarked within 30 days of the delivered confirmation status.

Refund Conditions:

Returns that meet our policy are eligible for refunds in the original form of payment.

The refund conditions are as specified by the Company. Rebello reserves the right to reject any refund requests if the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, and to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

A credit card refund is available once your return has been submitted online, dropped off or postmarked, and received by our warehouse within 30 days of the delivered confirmation status. Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 30-45 business days from the date you returned your items.

Please note, once a refund is made with a Credit Card Refund option, it will only be reflected on your next billing statement.

Any delay in a refund process is to be expected during weekends and public holidays.
